The personal data we collect and use informs and improves our services, by not consenting to the collection of your data, or withdrawing your consent for us to use your data you may be restricting the ways in which you can use and access our service. Which may prevent you from using the service entirely.
One of our primary goals is to give you as much agency as we can in these processes e.g. with data such as lesson recordings, we will first prompt you about whether you would like your session to be recorded before we do start. Once a recording is started however we cannot guarantee its privacy 100% so please be aware that whilst we will take reasonable steps to ensure that we aren’t directly enabling it through negligence it is the internet and it does become publicly accessible, even if not directly posted. We aim to give you as much agency as we can, however, and as such we do give you agency over who can see it within the discord. We may also share the recordings or hold onto the recordings to otherwise improve the service.
